If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us with your concern right away. After you receive a return authorization (RA) number from us you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 90 days of the purchase date. Authorized returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% depending on the reason for the return.

 

Some reasons for return that would be subject to the 20% restocking fee include: you don't like the way the tube(s) sound in your equipment, you have cosmetic issues with the product, or your tester disagrees with ours.

Our testing and quality control procedures are rigorous. However, in the event a tube failure results in damage to equipment, TC Tubes will replace and/or reimburse you for the tube, but we cannot be help responsible for other expenses. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult with the equipment manufacturer regarding proper tube selection, installation, and biasing procedures.

 

Authorized refunds for items returned to us within 90 days of the purchase date will either be credited in the same form as the original payment type or by check from TC Tubes. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you need an exchange for the same item as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred beyond those involved in returning the product to us. Please mail your package via USPS Priority Mail to the address below.
