This 1972 military spec Sylvania 5751 tube is a lower gain equivalent for the 12AX7. It has gray plates with copper grid posts and a disc getter. The green print on the glass reads "Sylvania JAN 5751" (partial).
Tube tests as new with low noise. It ships in its original box with test results for current draw (mA) and transconductance (Gm) for each triode section.
