This 1950s military spec Sylvania 6SL7GT / VT-229 tube has round black plates and a bottom getter. The black base has white print that reads "JAN-CHS-6SL7GT VT-229."
Tube tests as new with balanced sections and low noise. It ships in a new white box with test results for current draw (mA) and transconductance (Gm).

This rare early 1945 military spec National Union 6SL7GT / VT-229 tube has a bottom getter and gray glass. The silver print on the base has the National Union logo and reads "JAN-CNU-6SL7GT VT-229." Tubes tests as new with very low noise.
