This 1958 RCA 5691 is a premium industrial 6SL7GT tube. It has a short bottle, black plates, extra support rods, and a triple mica. The white print on the red base has the RCA logo and reads "JAN CRC-5691."

Tube tests as new with balanced sections and very low noise. It ships in a new white box with test results for current draw (mA) and transconductance (Gm).
