GE 6DJ8 / ECC88 - smoked glass, phono grade

This 1968 GE 6DJ8 / ECC88 tube was made in the USA. It has gray plates and a disc getter with smoked glass. The white print on the glass has the GE logo.

This tube tests as new with balanced sections. It has been screened for gas, heater-cathode leakage, shorts, and excessive noise and microphonics on each triode section. It was tested at typical operating voltages on a laboratory grade Amplitrex AT1000 (manual setting, fixed bias mode). Learn more about our testing process here.
