This 1950s military spec GE 5814A is a 12AU7 tube type. It has black plates and triple micas. The white print on the glass reads "JG-5814A" (partial/missing) and "5814A" is etched in the glass.
Tube tests as new with balanced sections and very low noise. It ships in a new white box with test results for current draw (mA) and transconductance (Gm).
