This 1960s mil spec GE 5687WA has black plates with copper grid posts and a halo getter. The white or green print on the glass has the GE logo and reads "JG-5687" (may be partial/missing) and "5687WA U.S.A." is etched in the glass with the familiar GE dot pattern.
Tube tests as new and very low noise. It ships in a new white box with test results for current draw (mA) and transconductance (Gm).
