This 1960s military spec GE 6189 tube is a 12AU7WA type tube. It has gray plates, triple micas, and extra support rods. The white print on the glass has the GE logo and reads "JG-6189 12AU7WA" (may be partial/missing).
Tube tests as new with balanced sections and low noise. It ships in a new white box with test results for current draw (mA) and transconductance (Gm).
