This 1965 Amperex 6DJ8 / 6922 / E88CC tube was made in USA (New York factory code) and has the PQ label, indicating that it was selected for special quality.
It has the following characteristics:

Testing
This tube tests as new with balanced sections. It has been
screened for gas, heater-cathode leakage, shorts, and excessive noise
and microphonics on each triode section. It was tested at typical operating voltages on a laboratory grade
